    Recruitment/ HR Intern (47484)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with recruiters to understand role requirements and expectations
    • Review and shortlist candidates from advert responses across various industries
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our internal system
    • Contribute to candidate shortlisting and selection discussions
    • Share insights and ideas with the team to continuously improve our processes
    • Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team

    Requirements:

    • Matric and a relevant tertiary qualification (Degree / Diploma / Certificate)
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Friendly, enthusiastic personality with high emotional intelligence
    • Comfortable engaging with new people daily, both in person and over the phone
    • Strong time management and organisational skills
    • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
