Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with recruiters to understand role requirements and expectations
- Review and shortlist candidates from advert responses across various industries
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our internal system
- Contribute to candidate shortlisting and selection discussions
- Share insights and ideas with the team to continuously improve our processes
- Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team
Requirements:
- Matric and a relevant tertiary qualification (Degree / Diploma / Certificate)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, enthusiastic personality with high emotional intelligence
- Comfortable engaging with new people daily, both in person and over the phone
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
