Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• Grade 12 Senior Certificate
• Fully Bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
• Desirable: Degree /Diploma/Certificate in Psychology, HR or related field
• The successful candidate should reside in the Northern Suburbs Area (Cape Town)
• Minimum of 2 years experience in recruitment

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for the full recruitment process
• Continuously improving the recruitment process/department
• Sourcing of applicants
• Post jobs on appropriate job portals
• Screening through CVs
• Selecting appropriate applicants and scheduling interviews
• Conducting interviews and selecting appropriate candidates according to the job specification
• Performing reference checks
• Regretting applicants
• Keeping vacancy report up to date
• Maintain an effective filing system
• Administrative duties and any duties assigned
