Job Description
The HR Department requires an individual who understands the OUTsurance' s culture and its value system to join the current HR Team as a Recruitment Specialist. The role involves creating a high quality pool of applicants and making choices from that pool to supply the company with the right person at the right time to increase the company's performance. It is the process of acquiring, deploying, and retaining people of sufficient quantity and quality to create a high performing, diverse and values based culture.
