    Red Team Leader

    Job Description    
    Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has an exciting opportunity in our Sales department. We are looking for talented individual with relevant skills and experience for a RED Team Leader role, which is based in Midrand. The successful candidate will report directly to the Red Manager in Midrand.

    KEY PURPOSE

    • To drive RED (Right Execution Daily) and Execution in support of Channel Strategy implementation. To set ensure measurement of all execution elements including RED, customer satisfaction and sales web based information systems (salesway) are set ,maintained and improved.

    Key Duties & Responsibilities    
    KEY OUTPUTS

    • Implement RED role models and tracking systems
    • Design and deliver on all reporting requirements to support regions and channel on execution look of success
    • Report on pay for performance causal compliance
    • Supplier Negotiation
    • Customer Service and Satisfaction Measurement Tool Executed
    • Manage, improve & update digital Sales Platform for sales excellence ( Sales way web)
    • Track and publish promotional compliance
    • Manage Red @ Global Systems
