Identifying and acquiring new SMB customers(generate own leads),in collaboration with the regional iStores and engaging with existing SMB customers in the region, to understand their technology requirements, and tailoring solutions to meet their unique business goals.
Achieve quarterly unit sales and revenue targets across MacBooks, iPads and iPhones.
Managing existing SMB accounts, ensuring their satisfaction with our products & services and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross- selling.
Collaborate with regional iStores to close SMB deals.
Work with technical teams and other internal colleagues to meet SMB customer needs.
Nurturing and growing relationships with SMB customers and iStores, acting as a point of contact for any issues or queries, and addressing concerns promptly, fostering trust and loyalty.
Maintaining accurate records, tracking performance metrics on existing accounts and SMB sales concluded in collaboration with iStores and providing regular weekly reports to management on client engagement and sales/revenue, including but not limited to sales forecasts, pipeline etc.
Monthly and Quarterly Sales Performance review presentations.
Requirements:
Min 3 years’ experience in a Retail Account Manager or Retail Management role.
Min 5 years’ sales experience in the Technology / ICT / Telecoms Industry.
Excellent retail sales, account management, relationship and administrative skills.
Demonstrated experience and knowledge in business-to-business. (B2B) sales including negotiating and securing B2B deals.
Proven track record in dealing with Small & Medium Businesses.
