Regional Collections Head at Educor Holdings

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:                                                                                           

• Provide Leadership and direction to direct reports.
• Manage staff resources to ensure optimal staffing requirements.
• Ensure highly trained and motivated direct reports.
• Ensure bad debt targets are achieved by reducing bad debts provision and targeting late stage debtors.
• Accurate and timeous reports produced as per required deadlines.
• Develop and implement incentives and campus targets for collections.
• Application and adherence of group credit policies.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

1. Degree / Diploma in Credit Management
2. 3-5 years in financial and collections management.
3. Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency in MS Office especially MS Word and MS Excel
