Regional Coordinator: Facilities and Cash Device Management at Capitec Bank

Purpose Statement

• To provide coordination support within a designated product area, department, function, project or initiative, bringing together multiple and diverse elements for the effective operation and delivery of initiatives, projects and activities in line with processes and standards

Experience
MINIMUM/IDEAL:

• At least 5 years’ experience of coordination for delivery and/or achievement of business objectives within a relevant or related environment to the function, project or environment; including experience in monitoring, supporting planning, forecasting, reporting, budgeting and prioritisation.
• Comfortable in liaising with senior-level stakeholders and / or external parties such as legal and regulatory entities, vendors, partners. 
• Experience of using influence and negotiation to corral resources and stakeholders to drive objectives and delivery.
• Proven experience of prioritising, working to deadlines, multi-tasking and applying time management skills to ensure delivery.
• Designing and producing quality reports, presentations and material. 
• Experience in a large scale and complex environment

Qualifications (Minimum)

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Project Management or Economic and Management Sciences

Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)

• A relevant degree in Project Management or Economic and Management Sciences

Knowledge
MINIMUM/DEAL:

• Strong knowledge of relevant functional / technical area and related task management tools, techniques, processes and systems.
• Understanding of business operations, including but not limited to budgeting, project management and planning principles, forecasting and scheduling.
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Foundational information and data analysis knowledge.
• Stakeholder engagement and management processes and practices.
