Job Overview:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Financial Manager to oversee the financial operations of our regional branches.
• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful financial management and leadership within a multi-location organization.
• The Regional Financial Manager will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing budgets and forecasts, managing cash flow, and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures for the region
• Provide financial guidance and support to branch managers and regional teams
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting process for the region
• Monitor and analyze financial performance of regional branches
• Develop strategies to improve financial performance and reduce costs
• Manage cash flow and financial reporting for the region
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements
• Coordinate with corporate finance team on regional financial matters
• Oversee the regional financial team and provide leadership and support

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in a multi-site organization
• CPA or CFA certification preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience working with senior leadership and collaborating with cross-functional teams
