    Regional Manager (B2B)

    • A leading organisation in the financial services sector is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee and drive sales strategy across Pretoria and Mpumalanga. This role offers you the opportunity to shape regional growth by nurturing relationships with business partners, expanding market share, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will be empowered to build wide networks, collaborate closely with strategic partners and support business partners.
    • You will have the autonomy to develop and execute sales strategies tailored for Pretoria and Mpumalanga, allowing you to directly influence regional growth and market penetration.

    What you'll do:

    • You will plan and develop comprehensive sales strategies and budgets for the region
    • You will drive, manage, and measure the implementation of sales initiatives designed to grow new business and increase market share
    • You will track actual sales performance against targets and budgets on a daily basis
    • You will assist in setting up new business partners by arranging onboarding processes and providing necessary training support.
    • You will leverage alliance partnerships such as banks and financial institutions within the region
    • You will support business partners in planning and executing sales drives that foster growth and strengthen relationships.
    • You will build and maintain extensive business and social networks, utilising these connections to identify new business partners and promote positive sentiment for the organisation.
    • You will implement processes to monitor sales capacity, ensuring optimal fit between consultants, channels, and target markets for peak performance.
    • You will interact daily with Sales Support staff managing broker channels, identifying problem areas and addressing them directly with partner offices.
    • You will maintain accurate MIS reporting systems to identify dormant partners or poor-quality applications, taking corrective action where necessary.

    What you bring:

    • Your Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
    • A tertiary qualification in Business Management is advantageous
    • Your proven experience of over ten years in home loans, banking or financial services
    • Experience dealing with external business partners within the financial services environment
    • Your strong networking skills
    • Business development experience is crucial
    • Influential communication skills
    • Problem-solving abilities
    • Excellent time management skills
