    Regional Sales Execution Manager

    Job Description    
    Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has exciting opportunities in our Sales Execution department. We are looking for a talented individual with relevant skills and experience as a Regional Sales Execution Manager, which is based in CCBSA Pretoria. The successful candidate will report directly to the General Manager in CCBSA North Region.

    KEY PURPOSE: To co-ordinate Sales Execution function so that brand integrity is maintained and enhanced and to stimulate volume growth.

    Key Duties & Responsibilities    
    KEY OUTPUTS

    • Develop, Facilitate and track Regional Sales Execution strategies against regional business plans
    • Ensure overall Trade Execution is aligned to the business strategy
    • Support provided to the Region to achieve business objectives 
    • Manage Promotional activities 
    • Manage Point of purchase/promotional material 
    • Manage Market execution against standards 
    • Manage New product launches 
    • Design and implement Sports sponsorship initiatives 
    • Manage external communications with regards to customers 
    • Compile and issue analytical reports
    • Formulate and control sales execution expense budgets for the region
    • Develop Performance goals for the team  
    • Provide leadership, support and guidance to the team

    Skills, Experience & Education    
    QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum requirement - Relevant 3 year Marketing / Sales degree
    • Minimum 5 – 8 years Marketing / Sales experience at management level 
    • Preferable FMCG experience
