Job Description
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for helping drive the growth of our business by managing a team of Field and Informal Sales specialists and agents, as they seek to equip merchants with the payment solutions needed to start, run and grow their businesses. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in distributed team management and has worked in the Retail, Food and Beverage or FMCG space, with a keen understanding of selling, sales operations, customer account management and trade marketing principles, and will assume overall regional responsibility for sales targets in the formal and informal field sales space. Your region will be clearly defined and outlined with you, and will cover metro as well as rural/frontier towns in terms of scope and responsibility.
