    Regional Sales Manager SADC - JHB

    Essential Qualifications:

    • Multiple years of proven international success in the Automotive Aftermarket industry.
    • Engineering or commercial background coupled with a deep understanding of product intricacies.
    • Demonstrable expertise in regional business dynamics and market structures.
    • Adept at exercising authority within a diverse cultural milieu.
    • Masterful networking, coordination, and cooperation abilities within the region.
    • In-depth understanding of automotive trends, market shifts, and innovation. 

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Own and manage the Business Plan for designated countries within the SADC.
    • Direct sales strategies to achieve market share and profitability targets, in sync with the Sub-Region Head.
    • Tailor sales and marketing initiatives to meet the unique needs of individual countries.
    • Negotiate customer contracts, ensuring alignment with targeted goals.
    • Provide operational support to achieve daily customer sales.
    • Track defined KPIs to ensure delivery of sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction metrics.
    • Act as the Key Account Manager for select customers, supporting the Regional Head in servicing large accounts.
