    Regional Technical Advisor - CF

    REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING    

    • Qualified Technician

    REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE            

    • 5 years related experience after qualification, including management exposure
    • Experience in working with construction and forestry equipment is essential

    KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS         

    • Provide technical support to technicians and mechanisation employees
    • Identify specific needs of employees and provide support and on-the-job training of technicians and other mechanisation employee
    • Build and maintain good relationships with internal and external customers/stakeholders, identify and resolve customer queries timeously
    • and find amicable solutions 
    • Provide weekly/monthly reports on all activities

    TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/ COMPETENCIES          

    • Good knowledge of construction and forestry product range
    • Computer literacy (MS Office and job-related programs)
    • Good verbal and communication skills
    • Coaching and training skills
    • Valid driver’s licence
