Description

• Hire Resolve’s client in the clothing retail industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Regional Visual Merchandise Manager to join their team in the Cape Town, Western Cape.

Responsibilities

• Manage, direct, and evaluate the visual merchandise of the clothing retail stores in the assigned region
• Develop and implement regional visual merchandise strategies to meet the company's objectives
• Monitor the implementation of visual merchandise policies and procedures and ensure that the stores comply with them
• Supervise and train employees regarding visual merchandise techniques, methods, and standards
• Create and implement displays, merchandising plans, and other promotional initiatives to attract customers and increase sales
• Analyze sales data and establish visual merchandise changes to drive sales and improve customer engagement
• Stay aware of fashion trends and competitors' visual merchandising strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Merchandising
• At least 5 years of experience in visual merchandise, preferably in a retail setting
• Knowledge of merchandising principles, trends, and standards
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team and develop effective visual merchandise strategies
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to analyse sales data and implement effective visual merchandise changes
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region
• Must be situated in the Western Cape
