Regional Workplace Change Manager at CBRE Excellerate

About the role

• The Regional Workplace Change Manager (WCM) is responsible for leading and coordinating workplace change initiatives across the MEA portfolio, ensuring that capital projects, workplace transformations, and operational changes are planned, governed, and delivered effectively.
• The role acts as the primary interface between all stakeholders, project delivery teams, and workplace operations, driving customer experience, compliance, and business outcomes.
• This role sits within the Capital Service Delivery Team and supports end-to-end workplace change lifecycle management.

What will you bring:

• 5-8 years Project Management experience
• Solid client management experience
• Experience in different markets i.e. Africa and Middle East
• IFM / Facilities Management accreditation Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management/Project Management, Real Estate/Construction/Engineering/Business Management.
• Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, APMG)
• PRINCE2 / PMP (project delivery and governance)

Skills required:

• Strong experience in workplace change, capital projects, or FM transformation
• Proven ability in stakeholder management and influencing
• Experience working within IFM or integrated service delivery environments
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to operate across multi-country / EMEA portfolios
