    • Your team will be made up of Commercial Relationship Executives, Account Managers & Analysts in Melbourne’s South East . We manage a diversified client base from Dandenong South, and provide full Business Banking solutions.
    • The segment we focus on is businesses that turnover between $1m - $15m delivering on a range of needs and requirements, including cash flow, capital, wealth, risk management and wholesale investment advice.
    • Our commitment is to deliver exceptional service & solutions to our clients in order to achieve long lasting relationships & sustainable business growth year in year out.

    • We're in the business of building relationships! As a Relationship Executive, you will provide meaningful solutions for a portfolio of diversified clients with complex banking needs. Understanding the specific needs and goals of your clients will help you to use your relationships to help them understand new opportunities. You will use your insights, experience and expertise, along with a great range of innovative products and services, to help move these businesses forward and to grow our client base.

    More Specifically, You Will

    • Build strong relationships with clients and retain their business through excellent client service;
    • Use your network and referral partners to identify and pursue new to bank opportunities;
    • Gain an in depth understanding of complex client needs and engage product specialists to deliver a broad range of financial solutions;
    • Drive deal execution with proven skills in origination, structuring and negotiation of complex solutions; and
    • Continue to build your profile and presence on behalf of CommBank across the region.

    We Want To Hear From You If You Have

    • Experience in successfully managing a successful Commercial Banking portfolio
    • Experience in commercial lending
    • A deep understanding of banking products and services;
    • Sound financial analysis and credit skills, with a strong understanding of financial documents and the underlying cash-flow drivers;
    • A real passion for customer service and driving new business.
