Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients by providing tailored financial solutions, proactive engagement, and outstanding service.
• Conduct in-depth financial analyses, create personalised banking strategies, and ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Analyse industry trends, assess the competitive landscape, and provide performance reports to support informed decision-making and drive business growth.

Qualifications

• FAIS aligned Degree in Business Commerce (NQF7 or higher)

Essential Experience:

• A minimum of 5-7 years' experience in sales, service, relationship management, credit applications, and financial acumen within the financial services industry.
• Proven ability to acquire, manage, and retain high-net-worth clients through tailored financial solutions, proactive engagement, and strong relationship-building skills.
• Strong financial analysis skills, experience in credit applications, debt restructuring, and compliance with regulatory and risk management requirements.
•  Advanced knowledge of banking products, processes, and procedures, with the ability to make informed decisions, empower individuals, and drive business growth.
