    HR Generalist Job Description

    Our face-paced dental marketing organization is in an exciting growth phase and looking for a highly experienced, full time HR Generalist who will be responsible for overall HR operations i.e. hiring and recruiting A-Player talent, administering pay, benefits and leave and developing & enforcing company policies.

    He/She will also be running orientation and onboarding processes, designing culture building activities and acting as the main point of contact for employee’ queries and HR-related topics.

    (Please note that this is a full time position, not a consultancy role)

    Responsibilities:

    Recruitment

    • Handle the end to end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and collaborating with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
    • Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
    • Implements new hire orientation and ensure smooth onboarding process
    • Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications
    • Creation of employment contracts, promotion letters and other letters/documents relating to employee lifecycle.

    HR

    • Design and create company HR policies and systems that provide effective solutions to challenges
    • Monitors the attendance of the staff through a remote monitoring software
    • Work with the company accountants to ensure that the payroll is on time
    • Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations
    • Implements employee recognition programs
    • To design and implement training needs analysis and organizational development programs
    • Recommend strategies to motivate employees and culture building
    • Oversee and manage compensation and benefits
    • Coordinate and administer the performance evaluation processes of Staff
    • Resolve employee grievances
    • Assist the Senior Leadership Team with other administration activities
    • Any other HR / administrative duties as required by the company

    Qualifications:

    • Must have at least 3-5 years of experience as a HR Generalist
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
    • Must have excellent verbal and written english communication skills
    • Experience in recruiting for digital marketing agencies is a plus
