Research Management skills focusing on Biostimulant and chemical fertilizer development research.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team of researchers
Duties
Develop and implement R&D strategies aligned with Omnia Group's strategic direction and business goals
Develop and manage the R&D budget effectively, allocating resources efficiently
Manage multiple research projects concurrently, lead the formulation of short-term and long-term research plans to enhance product portfolio, focusing on biological product expansion ensuring scientific methodology is followed and timelines and budgets are adhered to
Coordinate and develop cross-functional teams including scientists, chemists, engineers, biotechnologists, analysts, and technicians.
Foster collaborations with internal divisions and external research institutions, universities, and industry partners to leverage expertise and resources.
Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements
Monitor team metrics and objectives to ensure the meeting of goals
