Job experience - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sugar confectionery product development.3 years of innovation development and implementation experience in the milling/confectionery/biscuit/breakfast/ pasta/animal feed industry will be advantageous.

Ensure new product development to meet innovation portfolio gaps.
Building and maintaining an effective working relationship with specific customers to ensure support for Sugar Confectionery, product development.
Identify, manage, and execute continuous improvement projects related to the core business.
Ensure successful project execution, meeting business objectives on time, quality, and completeness.
Deliver high-quality products in line with national best practices, quality standards, and regulatory requirements in the food industry.
Provide specialist advice to the business regarding new products, including formulations, technology, and compliance.
