    Residential Sales & Marketing Executive

    Job Summary

    This role is responsible for conceiving of and proposing on-line, on-site or community initiatives which will drive occupancy on each development. Presenting ideas with detailed feasibilities to the board, running approved projects and then reporting on their success and conversion rates once complete forms the backbone of this role. With the support of a lettings manager, leasing consultants and an administrator reporting directly to you, your role takes ultimate responsibility for keeping the portfolio optimally leased.

    Inheriting a fairly blank canvas, this role specifically suits an analytical but creative individual who has :-

    • High literacy in Excel
    • Ability to interpret & present tracking data
    • Marketing Project Management experience
    • An NQF level 7 in Sales/Marketing or any equivalent
    • 8-10 years in Sales Marketing
    • 2- 3 years in team management
    • Ideally residential leasing exposure
    • Comprehension of digital marketing campaigns
