Job Description:
As a Resource Coordinator, your responsibilities will include to: 

• Consistently apply Safety & Health principles in all team interactions and take personal responsibility for safety of self and others to ensure zero harm and elimination of fatalities and identify specific risks within working area and adhere to discipline-specific plans/system to avoid these risks
• Ensure that all materials specialized tools, services as well as equipment are continuously available by monitoring resource availability and ensuring resource delivery to enable work execution
• Ensure that the use of the Resource Status Reports information is constantly available to ensure that the Resources and Material are available on time at the correct workplace
• Assist and participate in weekly schedule draft and formal reviews and ensuring that the necessary information is documented
• Delivering resources to enable work execution (Daily)
• Determined, tracked and confirmed the Material Available Dates and make sure that these dates will meet the Scheduled Dates for the Tasks
• The resourcing of materials spares and services should constitute at least 70% of routine task requirements.

This role is in the AS&R HME Department at a Band 8/ 7 level reporting to the Specialist Planning & Scheduling HME.

Qualifications:

• Grade 12
• Relevant Trade Certificate or relevant Supply Chain Qualification

Requirements:

• Relevant 1-3 years’ experience in the Maintenance Operational environment
• Need to understand Supply Chain systems, procedures & workable knowledge of the relevant SAP modules
• Computer literacy: MS Excel & Word: level 1 as well as MS Outlook
• Driver’s License: Code B (Light vehicle)
