We are on the look out for an experienced and suitably qualified Retail Analyst Supervisor in our Business Intelligence department to ensure organisational effectiveness through the maintenance and sustainability of operational systems, business processes and procedures, and effective reporting to relevant stakeholders.

As an RA Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Effective administration
• Effective analysis and reporting
• Maintenance and Supervision of Adherence to Internal Processes and Procedures
• Operational Excellence and Customer Satisfaction
• Analysing audit reports to identify gaps, implement approved enhancements and maintain error tracking and compliance reports
• Applying standard market research processes or techniques to analyse data findings
• Operational Supervision and Team Management
• Making recommendations on possible solutions
• Making sure stakeholders are informed and updated

REQUIREMENTS

What are we looking for?

To qualify for this role, you should have:

• 4 - 5 years’ experience in a systems / analytical environment preferably within FMCG
• Relevant Degree/Diploma at NQF level 6 or 7
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience in Operational and Reporting Systems
• A good understanding of data flow
• Know how to evaluate reports, interpret and advise on outcomes
• Familiarity with data mining and statistical techniques including linear and logistical regression
• Excellent technical skills in SAS, SQL or equivalent tools, (an advantage)
