Retail Centre Representative at African Oxygen Ltd

Job Summary:

• As Retail Centre Representative, you are responsible for carrying out sales tasks while focusing on achieving agreed sales targets, for example when utilizing cross selling and upselling skills to maximize sales
• Assisting with both, planning and preparation of sales promotions, as well as calling on customers and loading of cylinders or welding items is an important part of your working routine
• Professionally, you deal with customers, generate accurate and timeous quotations, maintain the image of the center to standard and process all transactions accurately, while adhering to all statutory- and safety requirements as to security procedures
• The provision of prompt and accurate pricing information in accordance with customer category is part of your responsibilities
• As you complete telequeries for all non-conformities, you also assist with the finding of long-term solutions for problems raised
• Dealing with documentation, submitting in time for payment purposes and maintaining stock on shelves and replenish are conscientiously managed by you
• Proactively, you follow the SHEQ standards and operating procedures

Minimum Requirements:

• A matric certificate could successfully be achieved by you
• You gained at least 5 years of experience in a related retail/ industrial selling environment
• Knowledge of Afrox systems, products,policies and procedures is part of your portfolio and you own a valid code 08 driver’s license
• As a team player, you possess great communication and administration skills, a high computer literacy as well as a very good command of English
• In addition, skills in cross cultural communication and cooperation, customer focus, negotiation and conflict resolution and
• business acumen are desirable
