Retail Change Intern (40hr) - Canal Walk at TFG (The Foschini Group)

Job Description
Key responsibilities:

• Learn new system, application and products to transfer knowledge to store employees
• As part of self-learning, you will be required to complete the prescribed courses available on TFG’s Learning platform
• Drive and support change at the individual level  
• Provide on the ground support and on the job learning, encouraging effective dialogue among employees and assist in breaking down possible communication barriers
• Show stores where to find learning material and assist with trouble shooting
• Escalate any questions, queries or concerns
• Foster close relationships with store employees and field leadership teams by sharing key information affecting stores e.g. system changes.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Must hold a retail-related degree or diploma (original certificate required)  
• Must be in possession of an original Matric certificate
• Be unemployed
• Must be between the ages of 20 and 27  
• South African Citizenship
• Devote 12 months to the exciting Internship programme with TFG.
• Ready to work retail hours
• Able to travel between stores from time to time
