Job Description
Delivery – Overseeing the multi-functional delivery of every project within the account, liaising with project managers and business stakeholders. Point of Escalation for internal and external team. Provide hands-on support to the team as required. Role requires on the spot decision making at times and or final decision making on way forward. Responsible for overseeing any transition of services to or from the company.
Technology – Ensure teams are enforcing best practices and promote “out ofthe box” thinking. Ensure teams are addressing root cause problems. ITSM Tool
(Remedy) Monitoring (Dynatrace, App Centrix). Core Applications supportedby team; Mainframe Master Systems, Client and Branch Systems, Commissions,Document Content, Integration, Payments, SAP FSCD, Claims. Work withpractice teams across technological platforms and initiatives, legacy migrations,Cloud Migrations (AWS, Azure), Mulesoft, Salesforce, RPA (Automationanywhere, QA Testing Automation), Microfocus, ITSM Improvements & DigitalPlatforms.
