The Retail logistics specialist will be monitoring the supply chain processes and identifying areas for improvement. Negotiate contracts with suppliers and secure the best pricing for products. Track and monitor orders, deliveries, and returns. Manage the inventory of products stored in the warehouse and ensure timely fulfillment of orders. Provide customer support and address customer inquiries.
Requirements
Minimum requirement Diploma (Logistics, Supply Chain Management or similar)
B Degree (computer science, statistics/information systems) (Advantage)
Minimum 5 years of experience in retail logistics or similar
