Support the Advertising Sales team with data-driven analysis and insights, to facilitate the growth of the merchant advertiser’s base
Leverage data from multiple internal and external sources and industry leading Marketing research methodologies to generate actionable insights. Inclusive of media and creative planning, strategy development, and performance optimization, the focus is to inform where value can be maximized for our clients.
Analyze data to extract insights that inform strategic planning and campaign optimization, taking part in preparation and presentation during quarterly performance and annual strategy planning sessions.
Perform statistical analyses to identify trends, correlations, and patterns in consumer behavior, market dynamics, and campaign performance.
Utilize predictive modeling and other advanced analytical techniques to forecast future performance and potential outcomes of strategic decisions.
Craft clear, concise narratives from data findings, using visualizations and charts to enhance understanding and impact.
Engage with clients during presentations to address questions, provide clarity, and offer deeper context for the insights provided. Use storytelling techniques to frame insights within a narrative that highlights their strategic significance and potential impact on client
objectives.
Support the Product team aiding progress on the business priority projects.
Work with the Business Intelligence team by defining the specifications of dashboards for reporting and data analysis.
Market analysis including market research and competitor profiling; identifying best practices and opportunities.
Own the reporting architecture and manage data integrity.
Work cross-functionally with internal Marketing, Data monetization, the Advertising team.
Strong understanding of business processes, acumen and interlinked relationships.
Risk management of performance vs targets: Identify & quantify gaps and opportunities in order to meet & exceed targets.
Identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, and process improvements in analytics workflows.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required. Preferably degree in data analysis, data science, marketing or recent industry recognized qualifications
4+ year’s experience working in a marketing analytics, market research, digital marketing or an adjacent role, or retail commercial experience
Fluent in English language (both verbal and written)
eCommerce experience is preferred but not required
