    Retail Pharmacy Systems Manager

    MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

    • To manage and enhance the Retail Pharmacy operating systems and processes, and to grow the retail business.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

    • Manage, maintain and enhance Retail Pharmacy business
    • Compile, manage and drive Retail Pharmacy business development strategies
    • Provide input and support to financial and administration departments with regard to Retail Pharmacy business
    • Build and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships
    • Manage and mitigate retail pharmacy business risks through advanced knowledge of the Retail Pharmacy software
    • Manage and control Retail Pharmacy business budgets / finances

    REQUIRED EDUCATION
    ESSENTIAL EDUCATION

    • BPharm

    DESIRED EDUCATION

    • None

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
    ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

    • 5 years’ experience working on pharmacy retail systems

    DESIRED EXPERIENCE

    • 2-3 years’ experience in pharmacy retail management
