This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of contract renewals for the cloud products small business segment. As such the key responsibilities will include ensuring customer retention and renewal revenue targets are met and exceeded on customers, through solid collaboration across internal lines of business and, externally with customers and Sage Advisors, via digital communication. You will establish yourself as a trusted advisor and accountable for the identification of growth opportunities in collaboration with business partners and their customer base.
