Retention Specialist at MiWay Insurance Limited

What will you do?

• We are looking for a vibrant, tenacious and determined individual to join our Retentions department in the role of Retentions Specialist.
• The Retentions Specialist will be responsible for inbound/outbound telephonic communication with client base. Ensures the quality of service exceeds customer expectations and establishes constructive relationships with client base. Utilises IT system accurately and ensures that all queries are answered effectively. Refers calls to appropriate departments only if unable to solve query appropriately. Provides accurate product information to clients in line with standards and protocols.

Minimum Qualification Required

• Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4 
• RE 5 or due date more than 12 months away
• FAIS Fit and proper or more than 2 years under supervision period left

Minimum Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in call center STI personal lines
• Personal lines retention experience will be advantageous
