    Rewards Partner Manager

    Short Description / Purpose of Job

    • Support the Manager Loyalty and Rewards to define and develop a strategy on how to build a loyalty partnerships proposition.
    • Drive go-to-market execution to guarantee customer experience and brand alignment across all touchpoints of the customer lifecycle.

     

    Recruitment Description / Key Accountabilities

    • Develop and execute partner relationships and activities. Secure continuous innovation to keep customers and partners engaged.
    • Liaise with cross-functional teams to align and optimise the loyalty programme features, leverage technology, platforms, and integrate partner channels to deliver on the strategy and drive programme effectiveness.
    • Guarantee brand consistency and compliance on partner platforms where Sasol Group is placed.
    • Align the Sasol Group business strategies with those of the partners and secure that value propositions are innovative and customer centric.
    • Ascertain adherence and compliance with data privacy and CPA.
    • Guarantee that the correct long-term view is obtained for the growth and success of the loyalty programme.
    • Develop and sustain a network of alliances throughout the industry, signing up the required partners to secure optimal delivery of approved loyalty business case.
    • Formulate the reward offering and mix and oversee marketing activities to drive more profitable customer behaviours.
    • Devise external marketing plans that support programme growth including new member, partnership acquisition, and existing member engagement optimisation.
    • Collaborate with B2C and B2B Marketing Specialist by assisting and providing strategy direction and input on the development of campaigns that support programme growth and are in keeping with partners brand requirements.
    • Identify, secure, and/or negotiate with partners marketing opportunities that increase and sustain programmes share of voice within overall loyalty programme.
    • Drive innovation process to gather new ideas to continuously improve the loyalty partner mix and guarantee that it is aligned with Sasol Group’s own loyalty programme framework.
    • Implement in accordance with Sasol Group's risk philosophy and enterprise risk management framework.
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders to guarantee partner and customer satisfaction.
