    RFP Controller

    Job Purpose:

    ARRCC’s ability to create smart spaces and authentic emotive experiences is attributed to its team’s highly personal work ethic, ceaseless curiosity, inherent intuition, and obsession with challenging boundaries. The studio drives dreams forward as it delivers exclusive interiors that respond to their architecture, context, and environment.

    We are looking for a Group RFP Controller to provide high-level administration as well as manage the RFP Process.

    The day-to-day responsibilities of this role are to manage:

    • Contracts / Fees / Legal – coordinating contracts, fee proposals and the documentation thereof
    • Team Programming - Management and planning of resources
    • Tracking production
    • Monitoring of work stage delivery and completion (including duration and deliverables)
    • Monitoring of fee projections and billings according to programme
    • Administrative support

    The successful applicant will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

    • Minimum 5 years work experience in a similar role
    • Exceptional level of accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – articulate and diplomatic. Fluency in both written and spoken English, with strong spelling, grammar, and proofreading abilities.
    • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
    • Able to work without supervision and take initiative in response to instruction and demonstrate a proactive approach to daily tasks
    • Able to build good relationships at all levels, internally and externally, and the ability to work well in a team.
    • Excellent organisational skills
    • Ability to remain calm, multitask, and work under deadline-driven pressure.
    • Able to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information
    • Appreciation of, and commitment to the business of the Practice
    • Administrative/Legal or Financial qualification or experience advantageous
