About the Job:

The job will expect you to:

• Communicate effectively and build relationships with stakeholders to understand their business and identify data solutions using Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
• Deliver on both client and strategic internal engagements.
• Provide expertise on specific predictive modelling techniques and/or software solutions.
• Understand the fundamentals of Machine Learning and other advanced techniques.
• Design overall predictive modelling/Machine Learning project approach from data sourcing to deployment including data architecture that will be required to execute project.
• Perform sophisticated model development analyses.
• Write programs to import data into various technology tools and to scrub, manipulate, and analyse data.
• Report on all findings from analytical programs written in various technology tools
• Understand how to translate technical complexities and solutions into business insights in order to create value for our clients.
• Understand the fundamentals of software development lifecycle and how to make it practical when developing advanced Machine Learning solutions.
• Travel locally and internationally.

Experience and Technical Competencies:

• 4-6 years management experience
• 10 years in data/ data science experience
• Consulting experience is advantageous
• Experience in solving routine and complex business problems
• In-depth knowledge of Data Analytics and Data Science
• Experience in working on multiple projects
• Programming languages: Python, R, JavaScript
• Frameworks and libraries: Tensorflow, PyTorch, Kafka, Spark, Hadoop, Big Data, D3, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Cloud Technologies: AWS, Google Cloud Platform, MS Azure
• Experience in model building and developing AI, using different technologies (R, Python, etc.)
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint
• Able to understand the fundamentals of programming and Machine Learning, the techniques and building blocks.
