Job Description

• Asist in the implementation of the monitoring plan
• Perform firm level reviews
• Communicate with directors and process owners
• Identify deficiencies in the firm’s system of quality management, evaluating such deficiencies and communicating identified deficiencies to relevant personnel
• Write review reports to be presented to directors and the Quality Risk Management Committee (QRMC)
• Present reports and answer any questions at QRMC
• Assist with the development and facilitating of training on deficiencies
• Perform ad-hoc reviews / investigations requested from exco / QRMC
• Build strong relationships with internal clients and QRMC members.
• Execute risk-related initiatives and ensure local alignment of global risk and quality policies.
• Assist with back office functions on the firm’s engagement management system.
• Assist with the opening, archiving and recording of engagement and project management files
• Monthly reporting on archiving and usage to MANCO.

Experience/ Skills

• 2years + years in risk management, audit, or risk consulting within professional services.
• Detail oriented - methodical, and quality-focused
• Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written, with strong presentation abilities
• Analytical mindset - proficient in data analysis, trend monitoring, and reporting.
• Organised and capable of managing deadlines and multiple reviews
• Client service mindset and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Leadership capabilities - mentorship, training facilitation, and team guidance.
• Knowledgeable about regulatory requirements, compliance, and audit standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Risk Management, or related field.
• Advanced certifications (e.g., CIMA) are strongly preferred.
