Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience:

• N6 Certificate in Health & Safety, Environmental Studies, Risk Management, Forensic and Compliance.

• Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media channels, Google Analytics, email marketing tools).

• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace tools.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct routine workplace safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
• Assist in performing job hazard analyses (JHAs) and risk assessments.
• Support incident investigations, including data collection and root cause analysis.
• Help prepare incident reports and track corrective actions.
• Update and maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS) database.
• Participate in safety training sessions and help create training materials.
• Deliver basic safety orientations or toolbox talks to employees.
• Monitor and reorder personal protective equipment (PPE) inventory.
• Complete Health and Safety checklist as required
• Observe employee work practices for safe behaviors and provide immediate feedback.
• Contribute to sustainability or wellness initiatives tied to safety.
• Observe MHE operations in the workplace and identify unsafe practices (e.g., speeding, improper loading).
• Support MHE-related training sessions, including pedestrian safety around forklifts.
• Support audits and investigations of outbound and inbound stock discrepancies
• Assist with bin location audits 
• Aid DC claims investigation and address order fulfillment queries
• Investigate customer queries in collaboration with CS 
• Assist in reviewing of SOPs and identify potential risks and deviations 
• Compile investigation and feedback reports 
• Review and analyse CCTV footage
• Participate in weekly stock loss and departmental meetings 
• Ensure that the risk department information management systems is up to date with accurate information
