Robotics Process Automation Developer at WesBank

The Robotics Process Automation Developer role will require YOU to be responsible for the entire end to end development process and for your assigned projects, you will be supported by a larger CoE Team.

• Showing the value of a customer centric approach to developing automated solutions with stakeholders within the bank through the quality of work done.
• Adhering to and improving on development processes through Research and Workshopping
• Familiarity with best practice and understanding of what types of technologies can be integrated to keep up and grow with this constantly changing environment
• Offering assistance with and run multiple projects in parallel, at different levels of complexity - including large and complex systems of interactions
• Building relationships and collaborate with technical and project teams to design innovative solutions within platform constraints, technical limitations and timelines.

What you’ll need:

• Minimum 4 years in Blue Prism Process Automation development (Portfolio to be provided)
• A relevant design or IT related degree or formal qualification
• Blue Prism certification
• Experience in formulating a technical design, building Blue Prism automations, conducting verification and user acceptance testing, process deployment and process controlling.
• Presentation and workshopping skills
• You will be expected to plan, design and conduct business sessions and consolidation of feedback
• Have the ability to conceptualize with, and articulate innovative solutions to stakeholders
• Ability to work with tight deadlines
• Java experience
• SQL experience
• C# experience – advantageous
