We’re on the lookout for an experienced Roving Team Leader who will ensure effective and efficient execution of the sales and merchandising function at store level.

As a Rovinng Team Leader you will be responsible for

• Sales management
• Shelf health management
• Controlling expenses
• Execution of POP
• Adhoc daily administration
• Driving customer service satisfaction

What are we looking for?

To qualify for this role, you should:

• 2-3 years Operations experience in a Field Marketing structure/sales
• Experience in merchandising in a related FMCG environment is essential
• Hold a diploma/NQF level 5, Driver’s license (code 8)
• Demsontrable sales acumen and marketing knowledge
• High degree of customer service skills
• Administration and communication skills (verbal & written)
• Efficient and professional organisational skills
