We're looking for a Runner/Site Finder to join our team at KFC Rohloff Group, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new site opportunities for the expansion of a KFC franchisee's footprint. This role involves ensuring that all stages of the South African Property Owners Association (SAPOA) guidelines are covered in the acquisition process, from initial site identification to final approval.
What You'll Be Cooking Up:
Identify potential new sites for KFC franchise expansion through market research, field visits, and networking.
Conduct initial site assessments to determine suitability based on location, demographics, and market potential.
Ensure all SAPOA stages are followed, including site identification, feasibility studies, negotiations, and acquisition.
Collaborate with internal teams, including real estate, finance, and operations, to evaluate and approve new site opportunities.
Maintain a database of potential sites and track the progress of each opportunity through the acquisition process.
Build and maintain relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and local authorities.
Prepare and present site acquisition proposals to senior management for approval.
Assist in negotiating lease terms and conditions with property owners and landlords.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies throughout the acquisition process.
Provide regular updates and reports on site acquisition activities to the Acquisition Manager and senior management.
What You Bring to the Table:
Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in site acquisition, real estate, or a related field.
Experience in the quick-service restaurant (QSR) industry or retail development.
Knowledge of local real estate markets and trends.
Strong understanding of the SAPOA guidelines and property acquisition process.
Excellent research, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate management software.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
