    Restaurant General Manager (RGM)- Quick Service Restaurant

    Main purpose of the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) position:

    • Manage a quick service restaurant in accordance with the company policies and procedures through team management to ensure operational excellence.

    Key Performance Areas:

    • We're looking for a Runner/Site Finder to join our team at KFC Rohloff Group, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new site opportunities for the expansion of a KFC franchisee's footprint. This role involves ensuring that all stages of the South African Property Owners Association (SAPOA) guidelines are covered in the acquisition process, from initial site identification to final approval.

    What You'll Be Cooking Up:

    • Identify potential new sites for KFC franchise expansion through market research, field visits, and networking.
    • Conduct initial site assessments to determine suitability based on location, demographics, and market potential.

    Work Order (WO) Management

    • Receive and review WOs: Accept and check SOS, Store Closure, and Diesel WOs after AC approval.
