Job Description

• A leading pharmaceutical and healthcare company is looking for an experienced RX Representative with strong relationship-building, territory management, and pharmaceutical sales skills to join their team in the Western Cape (Central). The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting prescription products, developing strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and growing sales within the assigned territory. Candidates shortlisted for submission will be required to complete the company's application form, and those approved by the client will undergo pre-employment assessments before the interview process.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and grow the company's prescription pharmaceutical product portfolio within the allocated territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow the customer base.
• Achieve sales targets and territory objectives.
• Plan and execute regular customer visits within the assigned region.
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular sales reports.
• Represent the company professionally and maintain a high standard of customer service.
• Complete all required recruitment documentation and assessments as part of the hiring process.

Requirements:

• National Diploma or higher tertiary qualification.
• Previous pharmaceutical sales experience is advantageous.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Valid driver's licence is essential.
• Own reliable transport is advantageous due to extensive travel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
