Agile and SAFe Leadership: Provide leadership and coaching in Agile and SAFe methodologies, facilitating the team's understanding of Agile and SAFe practices and principles.
Team Facilitation: Serve as a servant-leader for Scrum and SAFe teams, guiding them through ceremonies such as Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Planning, Review, and Retrospectives. Ensure that teams are adhering to SAFe principles and delivering value.
Collaboration: Foster collaboration and communication within and between teams, helping to resolve impediments and roadblocks that may hinder progress.
SAFe Implementation: Drive the successful implementation of the Scaled Agile Framework, ensuring that all aspects of the framework are correctly adopted and adapted to meet the organization's needs.
Continuous Improvement: Encourage a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for process enhancement and implementing changes to improve team efficiency and product quality.
Qualifications;
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Scrum Master certification.
SAFe certification (SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Advanced Scrum Master, or SAFe Program Consultant) is highly desirable.
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
Demonstrated experience implementing SAFe principles in a large-scale enterprise setting.
Strong understanding of Agile and SAFe methodologies.
