Safe Scrum Master at IndSAfri

Job Description;

• Agile and SAFe Leadership: Provide leadership and coaching in Agile and SAFe methodologies, facilitating the team's understanding of Agile and SAFe practices and principles.
• Team Facilitation: Serve as a servant-leader for Scrum and SAFe teams, guiding them through ceremonies such as Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Planning, Review, and Retrospectives. Ensure that teams are adhering to SAFe principles and delivering value.
• Collaboration: Foster collaboration and communication within and between teams, helping to resolve impediments and roadblocks that may hinder progress.
• SAFe Implementation: Drive the successful implementation of the Scaled Agile Framework, ensuring that all aspects of the framework are correctly adopted and adapted to meet the organization's needs.
• Continuous Improvement: Encourage a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for process enhancement and implementing changes to improve team efficiency and product quality.

Qualifications;

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Scrum Master certification.
• SAFe certification (SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Advanced Scrum Master, or SAFe Program Consultant) is highly desirable.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Demonstrated experience implementing SAFe principles in a large-scale enterprise setting.
• Strong understanding of Agile and SAFe methodologies.
