Solution Analysis:

Requirements Gathering:

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with developers, testers, project managers, and other relevant teams.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination between teams.

Qualifications;

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Systems Analyst, with a focus on Solution Analysis and Systems Design.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, system architecture, and design principles.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering and analysis techniques.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Business Analysis Professional - CBAP) is a plus.

• Strong background in DevOps practices, including CI/CD, version control, and automation.
• Proficiency with Copado release management tool.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.

• Proven experience working as an Integration Developer, with a focus on Java, Salesforce, MuleSoft, and JitterBit.
• Strong programming skills in Java and familiarity with Salesforce development.
• Proficiency in using MuleSoft and JitterBit for integration projects.
• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs, as well as data transformation and manipulation.
• Solid understanding of cloud-based technologies and platforms.
