Release Planning: Collaborate with product managers, development teams, and other stakeholders to define release objectives and priorities. Create detailed release plans, schedules, and deliverables.
DevOps Integration: Implement and maintain DevOps best practices, tools, and automation to streamline the release process. Continuously improve deployment and delivery pipelines.
Copado Expertise: Leverage your Copado expertise to optimize and manage the Salesforce deployment process. Configure and maintain Copado to align with release management needs.
Quality Assurance: Work closely with QA teams to ensure thorough testing of releases. Implement quality gates and regression testing as part of the release process.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that could impact release timelines and product quality. Develop and implement mitigation strategies.
Qualifications;
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a Release Manager with a focus on Salesforce-based solutions.
Strong background in DevOps practices, including CI/CD, version control, and automation.
Proficiency with Copado release management tool.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
