Job Description:
Solution Analysis:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and objectives.
• Conduct detailed business analysis to define functional and non-functional requirements.
• Evaluate and recommend technology solutions to address business challenges.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation, including use cases, process flows, and system specifications.

Systems Design:

• Work with development teams to create detailed system design specifications.
• Ensure that system designs align with best practices and industry standards.
• Participate in the development of architecture and design documentation.
• Provide support during the implementation phase, ensuring design adherence.

Requirements Gathering:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit and document their requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and specifications.
• Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and processes.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with developers, testers, project managers, and other relevant teams.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination between teams.
• Help resolve issues and conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle.

Quality Assurance:

• Participate in quality assurance activities, including system testing and user acceptance testing.
• Validate that the delivered systems meet the defined requirements and business objectives.

Qualifications;

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Systems Analyst, with a focus on Solution Analysis and Systems Design.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, system architecture, and design principles.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering and analysis techniques.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Business Analysis Professional - CBAP) is a plus.
