Responsibilities

• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance
• Provide safety training and education to employees
• Investigate accidents and incidents, and recommend corrective actions
• Maintain safety records and documentation
• Assist in the development of emergency response plans
• Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Safety Officer/Safety Representative
• Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations
• Relevant safety certifications or qualifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license
