Responsibilities 

Audit & Consultation Delivery

• Conduct HSE/OHS, legal, client‑specific, and limited‑scope audits in line with the NOSA 10‑Step methodology.
• Deliver accurate, reliable, and timely audit outputs and consultation services that meet client expectations.
• Perform a needs analysis (NA) for each audit or service conducted and align recommendations accordingly.

Reporting & Documentation

• Compile high‑quality audit reports with minimal rework or amendments required.
• Ensure audit findings are evidence‑based, clearly articulated, and accepted by clients.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and compliant audit documentation and records.

Client Engagement & Risk Management

• Manage client interactions professionally, resolving conflicts effectively to prevent complaints or appeals.
• Provide guidance and advice to clients regarding compliance, best practices, and improvement opportunities.
• Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with stakeholders.

Productivity & Administration

• Achieve 100% productivity in line with the approved schedule and OMS productivity reporting.
• Submit claims accurately and in accordance with finance and administrative schedules.
• Attend meetings, briefings, and functions as required.

Compliance & Professional Standards

• Maintain all required professional registrations, certifications, and a valid certificate of fitness.
• Ensure the protection, correct use, and safekeeping of all tools of the trade.
• Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and health and safety requirements at all times.

Requirements

Qualifications 

• Relevant qualification in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management, or related field

Experience

• Proven experience in HSE/OHS auditing
• Experience conducting legal and client‑specific audits
• Practical application of structured audit methodologies (NOSA 10‑Step Process knowledge advantageous)
