Key Responsibilities:

• Research Support – Conduct basic online research on clients, competitors, and industry trends.
• Lead Generation – Make calls, schedule cold-call meetings, and support client follow-ups.
• Data Management – Capture and update client and sales data accurately in Excel or CRM tools.
• Admin Support – Assist with reports, presentations, correspondence, and general admin tasks.
• Campaign Assistance – Help plan and track sales campaigns and team activities.

Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12) essential.
• Recently graduated with a tertiary qualification in Business Administration or Business Management.
• Experience in previous admin roles (Advantageous).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes like Word and Excel.
• Strong communication skills (reading and writing).
• Ability to plan and prioritize work effectively.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• High attention to detail.
• Preference will be given to employment equity candidates.
