BVSA Audit, a leading audit firm, is currently seeking motivated and ambitious individuals to join our team as SAICA Clerks at our Pretoria and Benoni branches. We have openings for candidates in their first, second, and third years of study. This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring accountants to gain practical experience and work towards their SAICA qualification.

Responsibilities:

• As an SAICA Clerk at BVSA Audit, you will be exposed to a wide range of auditing tasks and responsibilities, including but not limited to
• Assisting with the planning and execution of audit engagements.
• Conducting detailed testing of financial records and transactions.
• Preparing working papers and audit documentation.
• Contributing to the analysis and interpretation of financial statements.
• Assisting in the identification and evaluation of internal control systems.
• Collaborating with senior team members to complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
• Staying up-to-date with relevant accounting and auditing standards.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Pursuing or intending to pursue the SAICA qualification (or equivalent).
• Strong academic record with a keen interest in accounting and auditing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate work.
