About the role

Execute external audit engagements for PwC’s clients. 

Essential skills and experience

• IFRS knowledge. Display sound leadership skills. Computer literate with all PwC’s software. Self-motivated, pay attention to detail. Excellent communication skills. Strong interpersonal and management skills. Ability to multi-task. Analytical and solution driven. Pro-active and committed to delivery. Excellent time management skills.

Required qualifications

• B.Com Honours in Accounting preferred
• B.Com in Accounting minimum requirement

Responsibilities

• Work under the supervision of an Audit Manager or Senior;
• Execute general auditing functions according to PwC methodologies; 
• Work within budget allocations;
• General administration;
• Invite and provide evidence-based feedback in a timely and constructive manner;
• Share and collaborate effectively with others;
• Work with existing processes/systems whilst making constructive suggestions for improvements;
• Follow risk management and compliance procedures;
• Keep up-to-date with technical developments;
• Communicate confidently in a clear, concise and articulate manner - verbally and in written form;
• Uphold the firm’s code of ethics and business conduct.
